Physical Description:
Short of stature and slight of build, at first glance Yoake looks like nothing more than a street urchin, one of the rats scurrying to survive in a hostile environment. After talking to him for a moment, though, that description starts to sound absolutely damn right. His clothes are a mess, always ragged and burnt at the edges, and if his hair were ever clean it would probably be blond. He stands rather hunched over, eyes furtive, always looking for a way out or a move to escape. He carries no possessions or weapons, a small pouch at his belt empty for not having found any food. Underneath his dirty mop of hair are two piercing blue eyes.
Personality:
Yoake is awful at being a street urchin. The sensible move is to steal whatever you can carry and run, but while Yoake has no real sense of honour holding him back, he does prefer to face his problems head-on. He will run if he absolutely must but for the most part he tackles his difficulties, relying on his crude Ninjutsu to carry him through. He does know plenty about distraction, however, often using his methods to distract or block his opponent's view so that he can move his small body through their blind spots.

Inventory:
Born during a time of violence and trouble, Yoake has never known his family. He presumes that at some point they either were killed or left him behind to save themselves, and in either case are no use to him. Scratching a life from the rubble, Yoake took to the forest where he became a local bandit. Using his burgeoning understanding of Katon Ninjutsu, he became proficient enough to form small explosions, being unable to hold any shape long enough to do more than focus enough energy for a blast. Still, these were enough to form a life for himself, by causing tiny explosions to startle the horses of travellers or caravans and sneak in to steal their goods. He also used them to cover his escape, becoming quite good at causing blasts well away from his own body, which made up for his inability to actually shape anything with his chakra. Rather than seek new skills he simply honed the one he had.
The caravan trundled quietly down the forest path. Lookouts kept a steady eye, one on the cart itself, the others on horses before and after the cart. Most of its space was taken up with treasures, gold and jewels, but these were worthless. They only had value for what they could be traded for, and since no one would trust a boy like Yoake enough to trade with him in the first place, their value was nothing. Even if he had the whole cart-load of treasures, he'd just make himself more of a target for other thieves who might not be so wary of killing their targets.
Yoake was wary of that. Raiding the odd trip here and there he could scratch out enough food to stay alive, but if he started just killing people willy-nilly he'd become a problem to be dealt with. Just because nobody cared about these woods enough to do anything with them was no reason to maybe change that attitude. For now, he wouldn't kill.
Forming tiny amounts of chakra in his hands, he quickly pushed them out into the area around himself, crunching them down and opening them up to Katon at the same time. The compacting struck the fuse, and the tiny spots of chakra burst, forming tiny explosions. A whole ripple of them struck the feet of the horses, but instead of rearing as they usually did, they simply leapt over and moved right for him.
"There he is, now!" shouted the rider, drawing a sword and charging right for him. Seemed Yoake had done enough here to make himself a problem even without killing, and this rider had deliberately prepared for him! Diving back into the bushes, he flung up as much chakra as he could, compacting it over and over and over to form a whole blitz of tiny explosions one after another, over and over and over. The noise of these little firecrackers this close up was enough to deafen him for several seconds, so that he never heard the screams of the man whose flesh was torn and ripped by tiny explosions all across his chest, never heard the gasps from the man's companions or the clatter of hooves as they simply ran away and abandoned their comrade.
In fact, Yoake knew about none of it until the lookout's corpse slumped, brutalised, across him, blood seeping from dozens of torn holes in his torso, his arms, even his face. Eyes wide with horror, Yoake pushed and shoved with all his strength but couldn't move the armoured body off himself. He scrabbled desperately in the dirt, wriggling and churning the ground until he finally pulled free, and then he was off, haring away into the woods.
He didn't look back, and he left the woods that day. He'd need to find somewhere else to hide now.
