A thin mist hung around Midori Island, slightly distorting the nearby fortress where the Mizukage, Sugoi Washi, stood. Leaning against it, his large frame casting an impressive figure in the foggy surroundings, the temperate weather not bothering him in the slightest. Adjourned in attire unusual for the notoriously casual Mizukage, a blue set of armor, resembling that of Konohagakure's own Sannin, although blue in coloration, the man didn't seem anxious, nor bored, but merely stoic as he waited. The field he stood next to was perfectly flat, a thin layer of grass atop it, moisture slightly condensed atop the fresh green grass. A place perfect for battling, an ideal battlefield.
The challenger Sugoi faced was intended to be former Kazekage, Taleson Uzaki. Allegedly once driven insane by power, flattening many of the villages, he had abruptly disappeared, leaving a shinobi world shaken to its core. Now, while inviting a man with a penchant for destroying shinobi villages into one seemed like mild negligence on the part of a Kage, Sugoi was confident in his ability to stop the man. And, besides, they were to be battling on an island, and one of the most sparsely populated as well.
Sugoi himself had been early, not wanting to leave an unfamiliar Kage level ninja unsupervised on one of his islands, and thus didn't expect Tales to appear in the near future. Nonetheless, he waited, an uncharacteristic calmness about him.

An hour or so would pass as Sugoi waited for his opponent. In truth, however, Taleson had arrived not long after Sugoi did. Instead of approaching his challenger, however, he'd climbed into a tree and taken a nap, using his Jinchuriki seal to suppress his chakra level to thar of a mere child.
Now, Tales' eyes opened slowly, and he let out a soft yawn. He looked around, taking in his surroundings. He wasn't sure why he'd been invited here, or even how this new Mizukage had known how to contact him. In fact, that was the only reason he'd even come. He needed to know how this man knew where to find him, if any others knew of his where abouts, and then silence him if necessary.
Dropping down from the tree, Tales stretched his body and let out a much louder yawn, this one meant for Sugoi to hear. Rubing the sleep from his eye, Tales would walk towards the Mizukage. Once he could see the man through the thick fog, he would stop. "I am Taleson Uzaki, he said, a bored expression on his face. "You must be the Mizukage. Why have you called me here?"

Sugoi's ears would prick at the sound of a yawn. Although potentially just a farmer, Sugoi kept himself on guard. However, as the man approached, he began to feel the power emanating from his opponent. The sheer force of will and chakra that allowed the detection of any high ranking ninja. Strong. Sugoi would think to himself, anticipation rising as he felt the lust for battle course through him. The primal desire to test himself was coming to light, but for now the Mizukage would retain his composure. He had an image to maintain, after all. As the figure emerged from the mist, Sugoi would note how remarkably familiar the man looked to him. He'd met him once, many years ago now, all but a different time, when the man was still Kazekage, and he had come seeking information. However, that was not the reason behind this, the image of a girl from his past, one Talsey Uzaki, found itself imposed on the man.
"Indeed I am." Sugoi would reply, pushing off from the fortress and approaching the man. Dwarfing the former Kage, the Washi certainly cut an imposing figure. "My name is Sugoi Washi." He would explain, pausing for a moment. "And I called you here not for discussion, but for battle. Will you indulge an antsy Kage?" Sugoi asked, somewhat sardonically, as his arms began to cross. He didn't know much about his opponent, and being ever cautious, he was prepared for the Uzaki to strike at any moment, his own body ready to respond. "Oh, and do tell me. How's Talsey?" He asked, genuinely curious. The girl had helped him find his way during his turbulent youth, although she'd vanished to the Sand village, never to be heard from again. Sugoi wasn't certain what had become of the girl, and he was curious whether this man had retained contact with her, or even accepted her.

As Sugoi approached him, Tales's head lifted slightly so he could continue to look the man in the face. He knew that they had met before, though his memory of the encounter wad shrouded in darkness, like most of his memories of that time were.
As the Mizukage spoke, Taleson continued to stare at him with a blank expression on his face. Of course he wanted to fight. That's all anyone wanted these days, was to test their mettle against shinobi who'd seen and done things they couldn't even imagine.
Then the Mizukage asked about Talsey. LoOlinger towards the sky, Tales considered if he should answer the question or not. Then he looked back towards Sugoi, locking eyes with the massive man, still maintaining the bored expression. "She's dead," he said, "I killed her."
Though his expression never changed, those words hurt him deeper than one could imagine. In his mind, he replayed that day over and over. She'd tried to stop him, begged him not to go to Iwagakure. She said confrontimg Koga was too dangerous, that they had already won by destroying Iwa. But he didn't want to hear it. He told her to stand down. She'd then tried to stop him by force. All it would have taken was a single drop of paralysis poison. But no, Taleson hadn't given her a chance. He could still remember her beaten and broken body lying atop the sand, tearful eyes staring up at him just before he'd buried her alive beneath the desert.
Tales maintained eye contact, never flinching as the memories replayed in his head, waiting to see how the Mizukage would react to the news of Talsey's death.

Bastard. Sugoi would think, a brief flash of rage coursing through the man's being. Jaw tightening slightly, the normally casual shinboi would allow a display of emotion, not caring to indulge the shinboi law of stoicism in front of this man. And thus, the briefest amount of killed intent would pour from him. Not enough to have an impact, but enough that it was apparent Sugoi hadn't just lost control for a moment, not that he expected this burst to have any effect upon the man; his power far too great to be affected by such petty intimidation tactics. "I see." Sugoi replied. At this point, he wasn't sure whether the former Kage was bluffing, or whether he was indeed telling the truth, but regardless, his patience was tried. After all; they weren't here to exchange niceties; they were here to beat the living Hell out of each other. Talsey hadn't been particularly close to Sugoi, but her words of wisdom had made him who he was today, and he intended to thank her for them one day. Something that was now rendered impossible by this man's senseless bloodlust. With that, Sugoi decided to cut loose, a brief burst of chakra, and a mild flash of killer intent the sole warning Taleson would receive as the Mizukage would vanish in a flash, a burst of chakra in his Achilles sending him rocketing forwards, vanishing, with his intended course well behind the man, meaning he would mow him down, lest the man was able to move, something difficult due to their proximity. As Sugoi began his speedy ram, his arm would extend to the side, acting as a makeshift blade, aiming to decapitate the former Kage. The man was about to face the full force of Kirigakure's very own monster. Rapid Step B-rank Taijutsu Users: Sugoi Washi A simple Taijutsu maneuver which allows the user to pulsate chakra to their feet and then rapidly move from where they are standing to a short distance away. Although similar to the Shunshin Jutsu this technique requires no handseals. Due to that fact it is highly useful for evasion. Limit: 3 times per thread. Speed Increase: 100%
Blade B-rank Taijutsu Users: Sugoi Washi A maneuver that combines phenomenal strength with equally virtuous speed, this technique involves the user holding their arm out to the side, horizontally, in a manner resembling a very crude blade. If successful, this technique can decapitate, or even bisect an opponent. Kuchiku Ryoku - Destructive Strength Rank: A - Supplementary Ability Users: Murai Yamazaki, Zephon Marukai, Ryushi Arakawa, Sugoi Washi (An ability that, once learned and mastered, grants the user with extraordinarily great strength, similar to that of the Godaime and Leaf Sannin, Tsunade. This ability is taught through constant focus of chakra in the muscles of the arms and leg; so continuously that it becomes an unconscious decision by the user to store and focus chakra in those points. This won't physically or visibly alter the user's body, but their strength is capable of breaking through most durable surfaces or killing an opponent with a single blow, if the user doesn't hold back their strength.) Maelstrom Armor Weapon/Item Rank: S Weapon/Item Owner: Sugoi Washi Weapon/Item Description: Armor that is dark blue in coloration, it is comprised of a blue chest plate, and a set of gauntlets that cover the arms of the user. With the main body resembling the armor worn by the legendary Sannin of Konohagakure in design, it is insulated, protecting the user from electrical attacks, as well as durable enough to prevent damage from most projectile or weapon attacks. The gauntlets are the truly unique part of the armor, also being dark blue in coloration, insulated, and in the shape of half cylinders. A skillful user is capable of channeling their chakra into it, allowing them to launch bursts of their elements from their arms; creating both a source of their element for later use, and a powerful attack and defense. Weapon/Item History: N/A
OOC: Item included for earlier reference.

OOC Since this isn't a Story battle and We can't die, I'm going to play as if I was the Hokage. Hope that’s ok, I kind of want to get acclimated to it. So, I might make up a couple jutsu on the spot. Just giving you a heads up.
On the outskirts of the battle field, located on the island of Midori In the Village of Kirigakure, a man sat hidden in some of the native foliage. The air was cool, with a faint mist in the air. Soothing in a sense, serene almost. The man was sitting, watching two men speak through a spyglass, regaining the final bits of his chakra after a trying journey. He had come all the way from Konohagaukre, or what is left of it. The man was watching The ninja clad in blue, but Taleson Uzaki was the man he was watching most intently. For he was the whole reason the Kohga was here. A year ago Taleson had destroyed his new home, and killed almost its entire population. Kohga identified the other man as someone who he had never met, but had seen only once before. Strangely enough it was when he had been in Kirigakure last. The Ori Island Tournament. His teeth clenched. That was when Kohga still had loyalties to Suna, Talesons' Village. The man standing only yards from Taleson was a man named Sugoi. He thought it strange that a man who lost his first round in the Tournament would now be standing before The Scourge of the Ninja world. Obviously things had changed. He took mental note of the armor that the giant was wearing. Then had another thought. He was going to be the shortest one here, standing only 5'9. A three inches shorter than Taleson, and a staggering nine shorter than Sugoi. Even still, Kohga was sure now that he could fight them on equal terms, apparently Sugoi thought the same way about Taleson. He would sit back and watch them, just to watch and see how the battle would start. If things turned out to be too one sided, in either direction, Kohga would come out of hiding re-introduce himself to them. To give the losing side a break. To be honest, the Leaf ninja just wanted answers, and he hoped his old superior would honor their old relationship. The two men barely spoke, maybe a couple sentences back and forth. What could they possible have to talk about? Just as he had that last thought crossed his mind, Sugoi moved with incredible speed, nearly vanishing from sight. The distance from him and the battle field made it a bit easier to locate the blur of a man. He caught a glimpse of his arm aiming to clothesline Taleson. Kohga smirked, things were about to heat up in the Villiage Hidden in the Mist.

As Sugoi charged him, Taleson made note of the Mizukage's speed. It was rather impressive that a man his size could move that quickly, even if it was with a jutsu. However, Tales was fully aware of the downside of a man that big moving that quickly was; his momentum.
His expression never changing, Taleson would reach into his weapons pouch as his opponent closed the gap. Casually, Tales would toss the kunai he'd grabbed high into the air, an exploding tag whipping around in the wind, before spinning to left side, outside of Sugoi's reach.
The former Kazekage would then dash forward, himself, placing himself on the opposite side of the battlefield as Sugoi, forming a set of one handed seals as he moved. Reaching his target location, Taleson would then whip around. By this time the kunai he'd tossed would be about eye level with him, falling directly where the two had crossed paths. Lifting the hands he'd formed seals with to his mouth, Tales formed the kai seal with the other. The exploding tag would detonate just as Taleson released a powerful gust of wind from his mouth. The wind would meet the flames, carrying them towards Sugoi in a massive fire ball, looking to engulf the Mizukage in flames.

Seeing that Tales had evaded his technique. Or rather, that a blur of motion had vanished amongst the confusing jumble. Heels digging out in front of him, Sugoi would skid to a halt, a haze of soil rising behind him, the earth itself unable to withstand the giant's momentum. As proper perception returned to him, Sugoi noticed that Taleson had thrown an exploding tag towards...himself? Hand flying into a set of seals, the other being used to steady himself, the mist, much of it sent hurtling back by the winds whipped up by Sugoi's rapid movement, would condense into the form the Kage was most comfortable with; water. Shooting towards Tales, it would arc around Sugoi, splitting into two as it made its way past the behemoth, before colliding together once more. However, Sugoi noted that Taleson himself had completed his own set of handseals, resulting in the kunai' own speed increasing. Whether inspired by the principle Sugoi had just adopted, or an original combination didn't matter to the man, and thus he added an additional handseal to his previously completed combination. At this, the temperature of the water would begin to drop drastically, the chakra pumping through the water being joined by more, resulting in it cooling to a level comparable to liquid nitrogen. With the basic principles of the shinboi arts being second nature to him, Sugoi was well aware that fire, when coupled with Fuuton ninjutsu, could defeat Sution techniques, typically their counter. With this in mind, his contingency plan would allow him to tear the former Kage into pieces, were he to count on his technique overpowering Sugoi's, or to have failed to notice the Mizukage's extra two handseals, something that was totally possible, due to him still moving slightly, and the water all around him, not quite touching him, moving at a speed surpassing even the fastest of rivers. Crushing Rapids B-rank Ninjutsu Users: Sugoi Washi A technique which allows the user to, after completing the necessary handseals, create from their own body or condense a powerful jet of water from the moisture in the air around them. This water flies forwards at rapid speeds, having the same quantity as an average river but being incredibly faster, capable of actually tearing opponents apart if they are unable to react. Temperature Control: Deep Freeze A-rank Ability Users: Sugoi Washi With experience, Suiton users are capable of precisely manipulating the temperature of the water they create or manipulate, being either scaldingly hot or freezing cold. This technique focuses on chilling the water below 0 degrees Celsius. Normally such a technique would convert the water to ice, but in this case the user can utilize Suiton chakra to maintain the water's state, meaning that it will not become a block of ice. The strength of this technique is comparable to being hit with liquid nitrogen, burning the body from sheer cold.

Kohga sat in the bushes, and looked away from the battle momentarily, but only just to draw a Kuani from his pack. He pushed aside a tattered familiar white and red cloak in the process. The somewhat somber ninja then took his kunai and carved a symbol into the flesh on his wrist. The symbol for corpse. It was his escape plan, should he interject and get overpowered. A sight smile crept over his face, should he use this escape it would be the first time he ever looked upon the storage facility where all his corpses were stowed. It must smell rank. Its refrigerated, but still, some of those corpses had been there for years. Right after that, he wiped blood on both hands and and clapped quietly. Then, once more. (Kuchiyose: Shitai; Ko) Summon: Corpse; Child Rank: C User: Raiden Kohga Description: After wiping a small amount of blood across his palm, Kohga claps his hands together and summons the corpse of an child, normally between the ages of four to eleven. Much like the adult, this body could've been obtained a number of ways. (Stored: 9-2)
Now in his arms lay two dead children from Konoha, one male, one female. Neither of whom he recognized, but they were lives stolen by Tales. No emotion swept over him at the moment, but that might change later. He noticed that ones eyes were still open, fear was apparent in his eyes. Kohga lay the girl softly on the ground beside him, and used his free hand to close his eyes. He then set the boy on the ground on the opposite side from the young girl. He looked at them, the girl was only 6, the boy was maybe 9. The blood in his body began to warm up, thinking that he was a coward for leaving and that he could do something. Suddenly, the distracted ninja's attention was jerked back to the battlefield by a gust of wind and an explosion. A huge fireball was hurtled towards Sugoi, who at nearly the same time had used the surrounding mist to create some sort of water armor. There was likely to be a lot of steam coming the Three Shinobi's way. As a cautionary move Kohga's fingers danced with one another to form seals, and cast a jutsu. He placed his hands on the ground and fired off Jiton chakra into the earth, altering the magnetic field of the arena. Kohga could now sense everything that produced any electrical pulse, Tales and Sugoi being no different. As a side affect, Sugoi's armor might start to rattle, and all of their Kunai, shuriken, metal objects would at least begin to vibrate. He may have given his attendance away, but he needed to keep his eyes, so to speak, to keep watch on them both. (Jiton: Jiki seitai kenchi) Magnetic Element: Magnetic Body Detection Rank: C- Supplementary Ninjutsu User: Raiden Kohga Description: By channeling magnetic chakra into the earth, the user can sense the whereabouts of beings that produce electrical pulses. He is able to decipher the size, shape, and range of the beings. Any metal object will begin to shake. The downside to this is if a large enough Raiton jutsu (one of equal or greater rank) is cast into the ground, the jutsu will be nullified.

Taleson watched as Sugoi skillfully lainched a counter attack, utilizing the water around him. It was indeed impressive, however, Tales truly hoped this wasn't the best the Mizukage had to offer. He'd be highly upset if he'd come all this way to fight a basic level Kage.
As the water extinguished the flames, the area would become covered in smoke, clouding the vision of both combatants. However, despite his inability to see it, he could sense the blast of water coming towards him. Channeling chakra into his feet, the former Kazekage would bend his knees ever slightly before leaping into the air.
Taled would break through the smoke cloud and continue to sail high above it. Dipping into his weapons pouch once more, he would produce two more kunai with exploding tags attached. He would then thrown them towards the ground where Sugoi had been. As they entered the smoke cloud, Tales would activate the seals, causing two explosions within the cloud. Tales would then plant his feet onto the trunk of a tree, standing sideways. He would squat down, chakra holding him in place, and call out in a bored tone, "Oi, Sugoi-kun, I really hope this isn't the best you've got to offer me." And then he felt it.
Someone nearby had activated a tracking technique, a Raiton based one at that. His eyes narrowed as he looked around the small island. He knew it wasn't Sugoi. He could still sense him below, even without seeing him. No, this chakra belonged to someone else. Tales would now be on guard, weary of a sneak attack. Though even as he turned his attention back to Sugoi, he couldn't help but think that this new chakra felt oddly familiar...

Sugoi's technique would continue forward in Tales's absence, completely demolishing the wall of the nearby fortress, serving as a warning to those who would stand in the way of Sugoi's attacks. The water having blown the steam away with its continued momentum, Sugoi would notice two sets of exploding tagged kunai coming toward him. Kind of nostalgic. Sugoi would reflect. It seemed as if the ex-Kage had a fondness with the items, something that Sugoi himself had held during his youth. However, with time he'd found his own techniques eclipsed the weapons in terms of destructive potential, and he no longer needed to compensate with them. Reminiscing aside, Sugoi had to deal with the imminent issue of the ensuing kunai, and thus, acted. In a manner that would seem almost mystical, the kunai would be deflected, despite Sugoi himself taking no action. A wave of pressure burst from the Kage, meaning the explosions would take place further away from him. Ears ringing slightly from the attack, Sugoi would nonetheless hear Tales's disinterested taunt. "Trust me, you'll wish it was." Sugoi replied jovially. Nonetheless, he could feel a sense of anticipation rising within him. There was only so many times one could spar with the same Mist Jonin before they became stale, or stopped offering a challenge. But Tales was a whole new ballpark, and completely unpredictable. Making a set of one-handed seals, Sugoi would almost miss his armor beginning to rattle...almost. Exactly what had caused this was a mystery to the Kage, but he decided to complete his technique and worry about it later. With this, chakra began to flow through the tree Tales was balancing on, just as he would divert his attention to work out what was causing the rattling, before the sap inside it would erupt outwards all at once, causing the tree to undergo a flame less explosion. This would no doubt send Tales flying, right into Sugoi's oncoming fist, aimed at Taleson's torso as he leapt towards the former Kage, preparing to kill him outright. ~Ekitai-Kenfu (Fluid fist style) Rank: B – Nintaijutsu Style Users: Traya Katsuki, Zephon Marukai, Sugoi Washi (A style that consists of using a fluid type motion to connect each attack dealt into a combo or to throw their opponent off balance when they come in contact. As in, opponent punches at user; user uses the opponent's strength against them. To get technical, when using this form of fighting, you can easily get the person off balance in the blink of an eye. For when using this style, the user concentrates on having a small compact wave of pressure in front of their palm/hand/leg/etc. When their opponent attacks them and they use their palm to redirect the attack, that compact wave of pressure is sent throughout their opponent’s body, going directly toward their head. This wave of pressure viciously shakes the cochlea, the circular canals and vestibule located within the ear. Once this is messed with, the opponent ultimately loses their balance, giving the user the chance to flip/throw/attack the opponent. Basically, using chakra to manipulate pressure waves, and bend it to the user’s will. This includes using pressure to harm a person.) Gouin-Oshi: Hanpatsu - Forcible Pressure: Repel Rank: C – Supplementary Technique Users: Ekitai-Kenfu Users (This is a wave of pressure that can be used for more than simply disorientating an opponent. With this technique, the user is now capable of using a wave of pressure that can actually throw their opponent back with great force. A nice tool for battle, for the Ekitai-fighter is easily able to use this to confuse their opponent while doing close range battle. The range of this technique is dependent on the 'Pressure Control' range of the user.)
Sap Bomb C-rank Ninjutsu Users: Sugoi Washi A simple technique, this requires a tree of some kind to exist, and simply involves the user pulsating their chakra into the sap inside the tree, causing it to spread out all at once rapidly, completely obliterating the tree, and causing sap, wood chips and pieces of bark to go flying out rapidly. This won't physically or visibly alter the user's body, but their strength is capable of breaking through most durable surfaces or killing an opponent with a single blow, if the user doesn't hold back their strength.)

Kohga watched as steam filled the battlefield, and immediately knew that he had made the right choice in casting his previous jutsu. He didn’t know; however, that it would be so short lived. Within moments the former Kage had leapt above the steamy clouds, and landed on the tree. Now he was in visible sight, but could still be monitored with the Jiton jutsu that he used. Then, a small sigh was let out by Kohga as the steam was blown away completely, followed by the water Sugoi had thrown nearly obliterating the wall adjacent to him. Kohga was pretty happy that he wasn’t close to that. He didn’t want to join in on the fun just yet. His eyes were focused on the battle, and his chakra was keeping tabs on their every move, and yet Kohga was uneasy. Until just now, Kohga had forgotten about the Ichibi that lay dormant in Tales’ tummy. He really didn’t want to mess with Shukaku right now. After this, he decided that he would have to join in shortly. The colorful eyed man reached up and undid his top knot, letting his hair fall so that it just covered his eyes. His fingers then gripped the zipper on his jacket and zipped it up to its highest point, which covered his mouth. All that could be clearly seen on his face was his nose now. Kohga had recently decided to indulge his dramatic side. The now somewhat motivated ninja watched as the Mizukage finished his last seal, and in an amazing way, wove his own seals to cast the jutsu that would make his presence undoubtable. Touching the ground once more he would again use the earth to affect his former superior and his former tournament rival. Though this time, since they were already slightly charged with Jiton chakra, the effect of his jutsu would set in almost instantly. (Jiton: Jiryoku no Hanpatsu) Magnetic Element: Magnetic Repulsion Rank: B, Magnetism/Genjutsu Users: Raiden Kohga Description: A wide spread jutsu that affects the natural magnetism of the earth to shift the electromagnetic pulses of the body, the genjutsu cast makes the victim(s) feel nauseous and wobbly on their feet, and the added effect is it slightly magnetizes their body, not In the way that metal is attracted to them. But repelled, making using Kunai or metal weapons impossible. When the nausea sets in, the genjutsu is cast, everything the victim looks at appears to be shaking violently, and moving around to and fro about five inches in all directions It would have set on just a split second after the Tree Tales was on exploded, and before the Mizukage’s mad dash for Him. The pair would feel sickly, and all of their metal ninja tools would be thrown from their bodies. This sudden onset of nausea would likely slow Sugoi down from attacking Tales, but Tales would be slowed as well. If anything, all Kohga did was lessen the attack Sugoi had just launched, and disorient them both. In a flash Kohga augmented his leg muscles and leapt into the air, his aim was to land three or four yards from Sugoi’s last position. In the air his hair and his tattered white cloak whipped about, the strongest of the leaf had finally made his entrance. Kohga landed in the soft grass with ease, barely disturbing the ground around him, aside from the dew that trickled down the blades of grass from the sudden landing. The proud leaf ninja would stand there, face hidden, and cloak slowly flowing in the breeze that had picked up. Stoic in a way, but now he had let his chakra be known, and it would flood the arena just as the two combatants before him did. With a simple nod to each of the men who stood before him Kohga uttered but one word, “ Gentlemen.”

As Taleson's feet made contact with the tree, he would immediately sense the chakra building beneath the bark. A moment later, a small explosion would erupt beneath him, propelling him through the air. The former Kazekage watched Sugoi dash towards him, his face still stone as he analyzed the attack coming towards him. He began to lift his hands to perform a technique to block the attack, when suddenly he felt someone approaching. Half a second later, the technique would hit him, and his facial expression would change from boredom to angry.
Letting out a low growl, Taleson would quickly move his right hand in front of his chest, forming a singular hand seal. Instantly, there was a powerful blast of chakra from his body as he and Sugoi finally met in mid air. Moving at a speed most men couldn't match, Tales would twist his body around Sugoi's outstretched fist, grabbing him at the wrist and elbow. A black chakra coated his body, and Sugoi would no doubt feel a small amount of his energy being pulled from him as he would thrown away from Tales. The throw would launch Sugoi away from him in a manner in which he could land on his feet, but be far enough away that another attack could be intercepted if need be.
By the time his feet touched the ground, the black chakra had faded from his body. Tales stood facing away from the battlefield for a moment, his hand over the right side of his face. Then he heard the new comer speak. "Gentlement" Tales turned his head slightly, looking towards Kohga from between his fingers, his eye black with a yellow iris. "Kohga..." he said softly, turning his entire body now to face the young man. The black and yellow eye looked over the new adversary for a moment. Then he blinked, and it was back to normal, and his face resumed it's bored expression, though now it was covered in droplets of sweat, and visibly paler.
Clearing his throat loudly, Taleson would look between the two men before him. "I truly hope you didn't call me here just to ambush me, Mizukage," Tales said to Sugoi, emphasizing Mizukage with a sarcastic tone. "Especially not if this one is your only assistance," he would then turn his attention back to Kohga. "I know it's been awahile, Kohga, but even you must remember that Genjutsu do not work very well against Jinchuriki," The burst of charka before had completely wiped away the affects of Kohga's technique, including the electrical charge that would have taken his weapons from him. However, in risking using Shukaku's powers, he'd almost lost control. He could only hope that the former Sand shinobi would not be using any more genjutsu that required him to use such a power again. For all of their sakes.

Sugoi sensed the technique just as well as Taleson. A youth spent subject to the worst tortures imaginable to the sick mind of Rin Emiko's, and the equally disturbing capacity of him to make them a reality, had left Sugoi with an eye for, and susceptibility to Genjutsu. This was compounded by the very uncooperative giant demon turtle currently living in his stomach, but they didn't tend to get along too well, so it didn't matter. Of course, Sugoi had no need to dispel the Jutsu, as Tales took care of it for them. However, the way that he did it made Sugoi feel...wrong. As if there was something familiar about that energy, eliciting rage and driving him to kill the man, more so than he had been before. Unsettled by this feeling, Sugoi would allow himself to be thrown, and land in a crouching position, one hand extended forward as he skidded back. He felt slightly drained by this experience, yet immediately invigorated, as if the energy he'd just lost was replaced and redoubled.
Urges beyond the usual lust for battle and good sport came to him. Urges to rip the throat out of his enemy, and obliterate him until there was nothing remaining but blood. They weren't exactly new to Sugoi, but they were more reminiscent of the times he'd hurtled headlong into insanity. Or, at the very least, immense bloodlust. Being a shinobi, Sugoi knew full well that there must've been someone else present, Taleson no doubt not going to create a Genjutsu, only to then dispel it, unless it was some multi-layered, bizzare, avant-garde illusion that he hadn't seen before. Turning his head, Sugoi found himself proven correct, a figure standing there, Taleson seemingly recognizing him. Realizing that he, a 6'6 man crouched on the ground must cut a ridiculous figure, Sugoi stood up and looked over the stranger. His face was obscured, but he was wearing a cloak. If Sugoi didn't know better, he'd assume the Hokage had arrived, but that was impossible, as Konoha had been flattened. Whoever he is, he's strong. The giant would think to himself, a feral grin covering his face.
"Funny, I could say the same thing, Uzaki." Sugoi would reply to Taleson's accusation. Sugoi pondered the situation for a moment. It was quite apparent that, if someone were to not only happen across a battlefield of two of most dangerous men alive, but utilize a jutsu on both of them, and then attract their attention, that they were either insane enough that their death wish should be granted-the majestic bastard-or seeking a fight. With either case satisfactory for Sugoi, he would his arms towards the two, the rattling now ceased by Taleson's little stunt. The build-up in chakra would hopefully be apparent to the two ninja, assuming they weren't too enthralled in their conversations, and, when finished, two gargantuan bursts of flame would be released, mingling into one, and flying towards the two men. This attack would be akin to a B-rank ninjutsu, and engulfed the entire clearing, and a significant chunk of the surrounding forest. Fortunately, or unfortunately, depending on perspective, the dampness in the air would prevent the flames from spreading too much, unless they were given a helping hand. True to form, Sugoi assumed his targets had survived, and would raise one hand to his mouth as the flames ceased firing from his arm.
"Hey, new guy! Nothing personal, but Mr. Uzaki and I are currently in the middle of conducting some business. You're welcome to join, if you want."
